I have been in the manufacturing industry for a long time and am where I am now by overcoming difficult challenges on a daily basis.
I believe that the pursuit of a better product has helped us to continue creating products with which we are happy.
Making shoes that makes our customers happy requires an environment where the staff involved in making shoes are happy as well. I make sure that I set up that environment. The most important thing in our work is people.
In order to realize the feeling of “shoes that can be pleasing to customers”, I always try myself as a workplace where staff engaged in shoes making is able to smile. “People” is the most important thing in our work.
